Great for kids who are too busy to sit still for long, and active kids on the go!
Just to add some context, Lassi is an incredibly popular drink from India, sometimes called a “yoghurt drink”. This can be either be savory or sweet drink, depending on your preference. We have a quick and easy recipe for growing bodies and a great alternative to overly sweetened milkshakes.
Preparation: 5 minutes
- 2 cups canned apricot, with juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup low-fat yoghurt, natural or vanilla
- 6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until foamy. Serve immediately. 2 serves of fruit in this recipe
